  • Spend Time Outside, to refresh your mind and enrich your Vitamin D level.

  • Make A Habit Of Reading, books or magazines or newspapers anything non-digital.

Perform daily exercises with 5 repeats to each exercise for 20 to 30 minutes every day to boost your fitness and remove the junk and rust in your body.
